A Message From Our President
It is my sincere pleasure to bring greetings on behalf of the eXquisite and PhenOmenal members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® Xi Pi Omega Chapter. We have served the communities of Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and Boynton Beach for the past forty years. Xi Pi Omega continues to impact these communities through our mission, vision, and dedicated services of our programs.
Established in 1908, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® is the oldest sorority established by African American women in our nation. Under the leadership of our International President & CEO, Danette Anthony Reed, our 2022-2026 International Program Initiatives, Soaring to Greater Heights of Service & Sisterhood, address six target areas: Strengthening Our Sisterhood, Empowering Our Families, Building Our Economic Wealth, Enhancing Our Environment, Advocating for Social Justice, and Uplifting Our Local Community.
Xi Pi Omega was charted on February 26, 1983, under the leadership of Mrs. Hattie Ruth Pompey, the driving force behind the vision for a chapter in South Palm Beach County, Florida. A dream to reality was fulfilled through the collaborative efforts of 22 charter members. Today, Xi Pi Omega has over fifty dedicated members who work tirelessly to implement our program initiatives and provide Service to All Mankind.
We enthusiastically seek opportunities to engage with the community and collaborate with community partners to offer impactful programs and services. I invite you to explore our website for more details and consider joining us as we Soar to Greater Heights of Service & Sisterhood.
